About The Team
Stripe’s Global People Support team (GPS) provides support throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. We handle inbound support and consultative requests, ensuring data accuracy and HR compliance. We are a collaborative, cross-functional team that supports all employees globally, adaptable to various roles, and thrive in ambiguity, bringing organization to chaos. Success is a collective effort.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and develop the Global People Support team, focusing on exceptional results and HR expertise growth.
  • Partner with leaders and other People teams to align on operational goals and improve HR services.
  • Manage case handling, transactions, projects, and data integrity.
  • Ensure quality outcomes and adherence to SLAs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point.
  • Proactively identify improvements and automation opportunities using data.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.

Who you are

We are seeking candidates who meet the minimum requirements below. Preferred qualifications are a plus.

Minimum Requirements

  • 7+ years in HR operations, shared services, or related fields, ideally in fast-growing tech and established companies.
  • 4+ years of team leadership experience.
  • Ability to influence leaders and drive people strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, process design, and problem-solving skills.
  • Discretion handling sensitive data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PHR or SPHR certification.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar case management tools.
  • Interest in evolving HR trends and technologies.

Working remotely at Stripe

Remote work is generally defined as being 35 miles or more from an office. You may work from home regularly, with occasional in-office meetings. We do not cover relocation costs.

Pay and benefits

The US base salary range is $145,400 - $218,200, with additional benefits including equity, bonuses, 401(k), health benefits, and wellness stipends. Salary ranges are adjusted during the interview process based on experience and location.
