About The Team
Stripe’s Global People Support team (GPS) provides support throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. We handle inbound support and consultative requests, ensuring data accuracy and HR compliance. We are a collaborative, cross-functional team that supports all employees globally, adaptable to various roles, and thrive in ambiguity, bringing organization to chaos. Working remotely at Stripe
Remote work is generally defined as being 35 miles or more from an office. You may work from home regularly, with occasional in-office meetings. We do not cover relocation costs.
Pay and benefits
The US base salary range is $145,400 - $218,200, with additional benefits including equity, bonuses, 401(k), health benefits, and wellness stipends. Salary ranges are adjusted during the interview process based on experience and location.
