The Role
As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, your mission is to help drive the volume, velocity, and value of our acquisition outcomes by optimizing key parts of our go-to-market motion.
This is a hands-on, high-impact individual contributor (IC) role that partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Central Operations, CRM, and Business Analytics teams. You'll provide critical insights, build scalable processes, and help drive operational excellence across our North America and EMEA sales teams (~20 reps, plus SDR and SE support).
You'll be responsible for managing forecasting processes, improving sales conversion rates, supporting territory alignment, and helping to optimize incentive programs. This role is about executing projects, solving problems, and driving measurable business outcomes.

The US base salary range for this position is $131,000-158,000 per year. This position also offers a performance bonus dependent on company performance. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
