Qualifications

• Proficient with HR software and HRIS systems.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of payroll, benefits and labor law.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.
• Ability to collaborate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR processes for assigned locations: onboarding, benefits, compensation, job descriptions, performance management, investigations, and policy compliance.
• Partner with leadership on talent strategy including recruiting, retention and succession planning.
• Provide guidance to HR staff and handle sensitive inquiries and accommodations.
• Oversee onboarding and coordinate training initiatives.
• Assist with policy development and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain HRIS data and document control.
• Coordinate annual performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain employee files and up-to-date job descriptions.
• Ensure pay scales align with job descriptions.
