Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in HR, business management or related field.
• 2+ years HR experience required.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background checks.
• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations and compliance.
• Proficient with HR software and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate HR activities for assigned locations.
• Support onboarding, benefits, compensation, and performance management.
• Advise on employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Maintain HR records, HRIS data, and document workflows.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across local, state and federal levels.
