Job summary

Casepoint is seeking an HR Manager, People Operations to lead HR operations for the U.S. workforce. You will own lifecycle processes, benefits administration, compliance, and service delivery, driving automation and AI-enabled improvements.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in HR operations, a solid HRIS background, and a proactive, data-driven mindset to elevate efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with significant responsibility for HR operations.
• Strong experience with benefits, leave administration, employee lifecycle processes, and HR compliance.
• Hands-on HRIS experience and comfort working with HR data and reporting.
• Working knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment requirements.
• Strong organizational, project-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently identify problems and opportunities and drive solutions through completion.
• A continuous-improvement mindset and demonstrated ability to use AI, automation, and technology to improve processes and service delivery.
• Ability to balance day-to-day operational responsibilities with longer-term improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and continually improve employee lifecycle processes and HR operations.
• Manage benefits and leave administration with brokers, carriers, and vendors.
• Oversee I-9 compliance, workers' comp, unemployment claims, and required training.
• Handle HR inquiries and provide timely, consistent support to employees and managers.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, documentation, and the compliance calendar.
• Coordinate recurring HR programs including open enrollment and employee communications.
• Establish operational controls and conduct audits for accurate, compliant HR records.
• Partner with HRIS, data integrity, reporting, compensation, and HR technology initiatives.
• Develop employee and manager self-service resources for easier HR access.
• Lead continuous improvement roadmap for People Operations using AI, automation, and technology.
• Build scalable HR processes and measurable improvements in efficiency and experience.
