Job summary

Prosper is seeking a People Operations Manager to oversee HR operations, lifecycle processes, and the ADP-based stack in a hybrid SF office. You’ll partner with HR leadership to drive data‑driven, scalable processes and deliver an exceptional employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.

You’ll mentor the People Operations Analyst, develop ADP reports and dashboards, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS administration experience, including ADP experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge in HRIS setup and administration
• Data-driven, highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and project management abilities

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary owner for ADP Workforce Now and maintain HR tech roadmap
• Establish data governance to safeguard integrity and streamline workflows
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure great employee experience
• Manage and mentor the People Operations Analyst and training
• Develop ADP reports and dashboards to provide meaningful data to leaders
• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance across labor laws and reporting
• Collaborate on compensation initiatives, including dashboards and survey inputs
• Coordinate with Benefits and Payroll for Open Enrollment and system audits
• Manage HR vendor relationships and documentation
• Partner with immigration counsel on Prosper’s immigration program
