Prosper Marketplace seeks a talented People Operations Manager to oversee HR operations, lifecycle processes, and the HR tech stack. This role reports to the Director, Total Rewards & People Operations and will have one direct report. It emphasizes data-driven process improvements and system-savvy leadership.

The position is based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule (2 days in the SF office). You will drive onboarding, reporting, vendor partnerships, and compliance while supporting

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS administration experience, 3+ years with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of HRIS setup and administration.
• Data-driven with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong Excel proficiency and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
• Effective project management capabilities.

Mansioni

• Oversee ADP Workforce Now as primary owner and SME for HR tech.
• Establish data governance and scalable workflow automations.
• Lead full-cycle onboarding and offboarding with system integrations.
• Mentor the People Operations Analyst and manage training tracking.
• Develop ADP reports, metrics, and executive dashboards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across labor laws and audits.
• Support compensation initiatives with dashboards and survey input.
• Coordinate Open Enrollment with Benefits and Payroll teams.
