The position emphasizes accurate financial processing, budgeting assistance, and maintaining a positive, professional work environment for staff while ensuring adherence to employment regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in office administration or HR support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and office software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and vendor relationships
• Prepare financial reports and assist with annual budgeting
• Maintain facility records and track operational expenses
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee file management
