Job summary

Youth Opportunity Investments, LLC, in Troy, Ohio, seeks a Clinical Director to lead the West Central Ohio Academy behavioral health program. The role oversees clinical staff, treatment planning, service delivery, documentation, and quality improvement to provide a safe, therapeutic environment for youth across programs.

You will coordinate individualized care with the multidisciplinary team, support staff development, and ensure compliance with professional, regulatory, and contractual

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, or a related human services field.
• Minimum of two years direct-care clinical experience.
• Active professional licensure: Ohio credentials.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate clinical staff
• Provide clinical consultation, staff training, and support for evidence-based practices
• Oversee clinical assessments, individualized treatment plans, treatment reviews, and discharge planning
• Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Coordinate multidisciplinary treatment-team activities and specialized programming
• Provide direct clinical services and crisis consultation as assigned
• Support family engagement and coordination of care
• Participate in quality improvement, compliance reviews, and program development
• Contribute to management-team decisions, policies, staffing, and fiscal planning
• Report clinical incidents and safety concerns as required
• Provide on-call support as assigned
