Job summary

Zenity is seeking a dedicated HR Operations owner to manage employee records and payroll between hire and exit. You’ll handle transfers, promotions, and compensation changes, and collaborate with the Employee Experience team on onboarding and offboarding while building scalable processes.

You’ll ensure benefits administration and legal compliance are maintained across the US and international contexts. You will partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and People teams to keep HiBob as the trusted source

Qualifications

• You've administered employee lifecycle changes inside an HRIS and kept records clean and accurate.
• You've kept compliance current with policies, contracts, and documentation and can describe a gap you caught.
• You've administered benefits day to day, including enrollment, life events, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle changes in HiBob and coordinate with the Employee Experience team.
• Prepare merit, promotion, and compensation adjustment letters.
• Manage payroll inputs and keep payroll accurate and on time.
