Job summary

Zenity is seeking a People Generalist to own employee records, payroll inputs, and benefits programs. You will ensure compliance with US laws, handle sensitive information, and work with Finance, Legal, IT, and People teams to scale processes. NYC preferred, remote East Coast acceptable.

You’ll partner with the Head of Talent to develop and evolve People processes, while improving workflows and documentation. This role touches every employee at Zenity.

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end employee records and payroll changes.
• Maintain compliance with US employment law and company policies.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with Finance and manage benefits providers.
• Handle confidential information with good judgment and escalate as needed.
• Experience with international employees is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle changes in HiBob (transfers, promotions, compensation).
• Prepare merit increase and promotion letters; document compensation changes.
• Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with Finance for accuracy and timeliness.
• Administer benefits programs and manage vendor relationships.
• Maintain audit-ready employee records and compliance.
