  • Advise managers and leadership on team changes, organizational restructuring, and evolving workforce and headcount requirements.
  • Manage sensitive employee relations matters, including performance concerns, workplace conflicts, and employment terminations, with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer management.
  • Prepare, administer, and maintain employment documentation for full‑time employees and independent contractors, including offer letters, employment agreements, and contractor agreements.

  • Coordinate structured employee offboarding procedures and maintain accurate documentation throughout the process.
Performance & Development

  • Develop and maintain manager toolkits, guidance materials, and performance management resources to support effective employee feedback and evaluations.
  • Maintain and improve employee leveling frameworks and career development ladders to support professional growth and organizational consistency.

  • Support equity administration and coordinate equity refresh programs in partnership with Finance.
  • Develop and maintain consistent compensation and employee leveling practices as the organization grows.

  • Ability to manage recruiting, employee onboarding, employment documentation, performance review cycles, and employee offboarding processes.
