Job summary

Be LOVE is rapidly expanding and seeks a hands-on People Operations Manager in our New York in-office location. You will own end-to-end recruiting across functions, partner with hiring managers on roles, and build onboarding, payroll, and benefits processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources or People Operations experience in a high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions.
• Experience administering a PEO; ADP TotalSource preferred.
• Strong payroll, benefits, compliance, and employment-law knowledge.
• Ability to support multi-state employees and partner with managers on performance.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions and manage offers through close.
• Lead onboarding, lifecycle changes, and documentation with accuracy.
• Administer payroll and benefits via the PEO; ensure accuracy and reporting.
• Maintain multi-state compliance and HR documentation across states.
• Serve as first point of contact for policy, relations, and training.
