Job summary

Confido in NYC is seeking a People Operations Manager to own the execution layer of our People function as we scale. You’ll run the existing templates and processes and ensure a seamless experience from offer through onboarding and beyond.

Work closely with recruiting and leadership, report to the Talent lead, and own details without micromanagement. The role offers significant autonomy as we grow, with opportunities to shape People Ops and performance management.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in People Operations or similar roles.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented with deadline discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication; discretion with sensitive information.
• Experience with HRIS and recruiting tools; Rippling and Ashby a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own offer paperwork, including letters, DocuSign, and coordination.
• Run end-to-end onboarding via Rippling and Ashby.
• Coordinate calendars, onboarding logistics, and first-day experiences.
• Run visa processes and immigration coordination with Concord.
• Maintain employee records and People processes; identify automation opportunities.
• Own performance management processes and manager enablement in time.
