• Skilled at working with recruiters, lawyers, and finance teams to get things done.
• Proactive with a low-ego approach to building processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale all aspects of People Ops, including talent sourcing and onboarding.
• Manage Rippling across payroll, benefits, and system integrations.
• Work with recruiters on hiring operations and headcount planning.
