Sotera Health Company is seeking a People Operations Supervisor to lead daily HR activities, optimize processes, and enhance the employee experience across the lifecycle. You will partner with HR stakeholders to drive efficiency, compliance, and scalable operations.

The role emphasizes system improvements, SOP development, and KPI monitoring while maintaining data privacy and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of human resources or People Operations.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in HR.
• Experience in managing and improving HR processes throughout the employee life cycle.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience; Workday a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily People Operations activities across the employee lifecycle.
• Provide day-to-day direction and workload prioritization for the team.
• Identify and implement HR process improvements to increase efficiency and compliance.
• Support HRIS processes and system enhancements with stakeholders.
• Ensure HR policies are compliant and documented.
• Develop, maintain SOPs and internal knowledge resources.
• Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs; use data to drive improvements.
• Support cross-functional HR initiatives and system implementations.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and issue resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality and data privacy compliance.
