Job summary

Allegacy Financial is seeking a People Operations Manager to lead the operational backbone of HR, partnering with the VP, People & Culture to drive process improvements, automation, and scalable service delivery across the employee lifecycle.

You will own HRIS optimization, design repeatable workflows, and translate people data into workforce strategies, balancing daily execution with strategic insight to support growth and an excellent employee experience.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role with ownership over HR projects and initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS administration, process design, and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with how compensation data flows through HR systems; deep compensation design is not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational infrastructure that underpins HR functions and supports the business.
• Lead process design, optimization, and standardization to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Drive HRIS evolution, automation, and self-service enablement to reduce cycle times and improve data integrity.
• Translate people data into workforce strategies and identify systemic improvement opportunities.
