Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in People Operations or HR Operations.
• Hands-on HRIS administration, process design, and workflow automation.
• Ability to drive day-to-day process optimization from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, transactions, inquiries, and case management for the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with Compensation and HR leadership to implement structured process changes smoothly.
