Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with hands-on recruiting, payroll/benefits, and employee relations.
• Experience in multi-state payroll/benefits administration and compliance.
• Familiarity with FMLA, COBRA, 401(k), disability leave, workers' comp, and unemployment processes.
• Proficient with HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-desk recruiting for all open positions from sourcing to onboarding.
• Own payroll and benefits administration end-to-end and manage vendor relationships.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, and compliance with laws.
• Manage fleet vehicle program and incentive program administration.
• Maintain confidential personnel records.
