Premier DataCom, LLC is seeking an experienced HR/Administrative Manager to lead our human resources, payroll oversight, and office operations functions. This hands-on role requires confidentiality, structure, and cross-department collaboration, working with the Director of Operations, Project Coordinators, and Finance to ensure accurate payroll and compliance.

You will own the full employee lifecycle and support benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR management and payroll administration.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration and open enrollment.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations, payroll processing oversight, and office functions.
• Manage benefits administration and Open Enrollment coordination.
• Serve as a primary contact for employees and ensure compliance with labor laws.
