Job summary

Lennox is hiring an HR Operations & Recruiting Coordinator to support hourly recruiting and onboarding initiatives in Richardson, TX. You will move requisitions, offers, and onboarding activities forward with a candidate-centric, professional experience from approval through day one.

Ideal candidates bring a two-year HR degree, 5+ years in related roles, and strong knowledge of recruiting workflows. Spanish fluency is preferred, and experience with iCIMS is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Requires two year degree in Human Resources or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years of related experience in HR coordination, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or similar role.
• Spanish fluency preferred.
• Applicant Tracking System experience required; iCIMS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting workflows, offer coordination, onboarding, and hiring administration.
• Familiarity with Form I-9 compliance, background checks, and HR processes.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and candidate service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hourly recruiting activity and ensure requisitions follow the required approval workflow.
• Post approved hourly roles in iCIMS and selected job boards accurately and consistently.
• Screen candidates using role-specific questions to confirm qualifications and fit.
• Present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers in a clear, structured format.
• Coordinate offer approvals in line with hourly hiring practices and guidelines.
• Prepare and extend timely, accurate offers with responsive candidate communication.
• Ensure new hires complete required pre-employment onboarding steps.
• Coordinate background checks, onboarding forms, and I-9 requirements before day one.
