Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Eight+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Three+ years in people leadership overseeing recruiting teams.
• Experience recruiting for leadership, specialized, and difficult roles.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, recruitment marketing, sourcing, and talent intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities and market conditions.
• Partner with leaders to anticipate hiring needs and build pipelines for critical roles.
• Lead recruitment for leadership, specialized, and business-critical positions.
• Provide market insights on compensation, sourcing, and hiring risks.
• Lead a team of TA professionals and drive accountability and development.
• Oversee recruiting operations, processes, and metrics to improve efficiency.
