Job summary

Lennox International is seeking an HR Operations & Recruiting Coordinator in Richardson, TX. You will support hourly recruiting and onboarding, move requisitions, offers, and onboarding activity forward, and provide a welcoming, professional candidate experience from approval through day one.

The role requires a two-year degree in HR or equivalent, 5+ years in related roles, ATS experience (iCIMS preferred), and strong organizational and communication skills. Spanish fluency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a two year degree in HR or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years of related experience in HR coordination, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or a similar people-focused operations role.
• Spanish fluency preferred.
• Applicant Tracking System experience required; iCIMS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting workflows, offer coordination, onboarding, and hiring administration.
• Familiarity with employment eligibility, Form I-9 compliance, and background check processes.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach with candidates, HR partners, and Hiring Managers.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership, follows through, and helps create a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hourly recruiting activity and ensure requisitions follow the required approval workflow.
• Post approved hourly roles in iCIMS and selected job boards accurately and consistently.
• Screen candidates using standardized, role-specific questions to confirm minimum qualifications and fit.
• Present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers in a clear, structured format.
• Coordinate offer approvals in line with hourly hiring practices, compensation guidelines, and internal workflows.
• Prepare and extend timely, accurate offers with responsive candidate communication.
• Ensure hourly new hires complete required pre-employment onboarding steps.
• Partner with HR and Hiring Managers to confirm background checks, onboarding forms, and I-9 requirements are complete before day one.
• Provide a positive, professional candidate experience that reflects operational excellence and people‑first service.
