Job summary

Lennox in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Field Recruiter to serve as a go-to HR resource, leading hourly recruiting and driving engagement initiatives that enhance the employee experience.

Under supervision, you will partner with managers to fulfill staffing needs, manage full-cycle recruiting, screen candidates, coordinate offers, and support onboarding and new-hire orientation; a strong focus on high-volume recruitment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of progressive high volume experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to review recruitment requirements and develop staffing strategies.
• Review resumes, applications, and responses; interview and screen applicants for technical competence and fit.
• Coordinate reference checks, background information, and employment recommendations.
• Coordinate offers and manage pre-employment processes including drug screening and background checks.
• Provide candidates with job requirements, location, compensation, benefits, and policies.
• Analyze recruiting data, turnover metrics, and workforce trends to improve processes.
• Lead new hire orientation and onboarding to improve integration and experience.
• Support engagement initiatives through stay interviews and structured check-ins.
