Job summary

Reinforced Learning in the United States is seeking a hands-on People Operations lead who will own hiring, onboarding, pay and employee support as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in people operations or HR, including at a small company.
• Organised, discreet and practical.
• Working knowledge of US employment compliance across states.
• HR systems and spreadsheets.
