Wealth.com in New York City is seeking a Senior Manager for People Operations to build and run a world-class HR function. You will own payroll, benefits, leaves, onboarding, and performance conversations, partnering with finance, legal, and managers to ensure seamless employee experiences.

Leveraging AI-native processes, you will streamline operations, retire manual work, and implement compliant programs across US and international teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in People Operations or HR.

Responsibilities

• Own performance conversations, documentation, plans, investigations and exits end to end.
• Run payroll across the US and our international team, manage benefits with broker, 401(k), and open enrollment.
• Ensure comp, promotions, performance cycles, or benefits are reflected accurately in all systems and paychecks.
• Manage multi-state and international employment, contractor classification, registrations, I-9s, and required compliance training.
• Bring Paylocity live and own it, plus connecting tools; one system of record for who works here, in what role, and to whom they report.
• Make onboarding and offboarding programs run flawlessly, every time.
• Connect payroll, benefits, leave, onboarding, and programs into one highly automated system that remains personal.
• Over time, retire manual work by building automated solutions.
