Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems.
• Proven track record auditing HR processes and scaling workflows for efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Confidential handling of sensitive information and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Executes onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes on schedule.
• Maintains complete and accurate employee records across systems.
• Supports payroll and benefits processing with data accuracy.
• Partner with payroll vendors and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Performs regular data audits and reporting for compliance.
• Ensures access controls and policy updates are documented.
• Supervises the People Operations Coordinator, where applicable.
