• Identify and address scheduling barriers related to bench management and employee conversion.
• Research local markets to identify talent sourcing opportunities.
• Conduct site visits to promote employee referral programs.
• Follow up on employee referrals to improve engagement and hiring conversion.
• Engage with field teams to identify training and development opportunities.
• Document operational challenges (e.g., scheduling gaps, turnover, training needs) and elevate solutions to management.
