Job summary
The Human Resources summer intern will support the HR team and business leaders in executing talent-related initiatives that align with business objectives. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources while contributing to projects that enhance employee engagement, workforce planning, and overall business results.
The intern will work closely with HR professionals and client groups to support key initiatives and develop practical knowledge of HR
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field.
- Experience with Performance Management, Employee Relations, Staffing, Compensation, Diversity, and Organizational/Management Development.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft.
Responsibilities
- Partner with client groups to build and execute talent plans aligned with business strategy.
- Identify and diagnose issues and implement root cause solutions for engagement and results.
- Participate in and/or lead HR projects and initiatives.
- Promote professional standards and use analytics to enable leaders in talent decisions.
