Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years HR experience preferred; SHRM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborates with managers to understand required skills.
• Conducts background checks and employment eligibility verifications.
• Onboarding and new hire orientation program implementation.
• Administers HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, performance, and employee relations.
• Handles inquiries and escalates complex matters as needed.
• Participates in disciplinary meetings and investigations as required.
• Maintains compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Keeps up with HR trends and regulatory changes.
• Supports safety policies and environmental regulations.
