Soltis Investment Advisors is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compliance and performance management. You will partner with leaders to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure smooth HR operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of HR generalist experience, solid knowledge of employment laws, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office. Join a collaborative, growth‑driven team at a nationwide, fee-only investment firm.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR Generalist or related experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Support employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Administer benefits, leave programs, and HR questions.
• Assist payroll processing and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Maintain HR records, HRIS systems, and personnel files.
• Assist in performance management, training, and LMS coordination.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and best practices.
• Support employee engagement programs and company events.
• Collaborate with management to address employee relations confidentially.
