Job summary

Black Label Services Inc is seeking a qualified HR Generalist to support staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits. The role blends administrative duties with strategic HR initiatives.

You will handle onboarding, policy compliance, and employee relations, while maintaining knowledge of employment laws and best practices. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 5 years HR experience in manufacturing/construction preferred.
• Experience with Paylocity or other HRIS strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• PHR certification a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits Programs.
• Administer HR programs including leave, performance management, safety and wellbeing.
• Handle inquiries from applicants and employees; escalate sensitive matters.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and employee recognition.
• Contribute to employee relations and disciplinary processes.
