Job summary

Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, background checks, HR program administration, and handling inquiries with discretion. A bilingual preference and PHR are beneficial for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, preferred with manufacturing/construction background.
• PHR certification a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates hiring in collaboration with managers.
• Conducts background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Supports compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
• Handles HR inquiries and refers sensitive matters as needed.
• Attends disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintains compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Keeps up to date with HR trends and regulatory changes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
