Job summary

William A. Hazel, Inc. is seeking a Junior HR Generalist with a Talent Acquisition focus to support recruiting for field and office positions in a fast-paced site development environment.

The role requires bilingual English and Spanish and a strong interest in growing within our HR team. The candidate will handle onboarding, HR administration, and collaboration with Marketing for employment branding, while maintaining compliance and accurate HR records.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 1-3 years HR or recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience in construction or trades industry a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings across hiring platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring manager calendars.
• Track candidate pipelines and hiring status.
• Assist with career fairs and workforce outreach initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment tasks.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data entry.
