Job summary

Killam Development., Ltd is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR functions across the organization. This role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and training development.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, adept at managing multiple priorities, bilingual (English/Spanish preferred), and able to support a growing organization from the Laredo office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or related field required.
• PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years’ HR experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Supports full recruitment process from postings to onboarding.
• Coordinates new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive experience.
• Serves as a resource on HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
• Assists with employee relations, coaching, investigations, and documentation.
• Supports performance management, reviews, and goal setting.
• Mantains confidential HR records and HRIS data.
