Job summary

MSH is seeking a Corporate HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, benefits, HRIS, performance management, and payroll oversight using ADP.

You will partner with managers and leaders to implement policies, ensure data accuracy, handle payroll processing, benefits enrollment, leave management, and HR metrics reporting across multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist or operational HR experience preferred.
• Experience across employee relations, HR operations, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll oversight, and employee lifecycle support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR resource to employees, managers, and leaders, supporting HR programs, policies, processes, and lifecycle activities.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, staffing needs, and documentation requirements.
• Coach managers and employees on workplace expectations, performance concerns, and relations matters.
