Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in People Operations or HR.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion; Rippling preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide employee lifecycle support and onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain confidential records and HRIS data; ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics with IT, Facilities, Payroll and others.
• Support Separation Agreements and offboarding documentation.
• Ensure compliance and cross-functional coverage across People Operations.
