Job summary

You will partner with the HR manager to investigate concerns, advise on performance and compliance, and maintain HR records in ATS and HRIS. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), California employment law knowledge a plus,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HR or administrative experience; 4+ years preferred for generalist functions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (verbal and written) required.
• Knowledge of California employment law is a plus.
• Must be able to walk extended distances between job sites.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR manager to investigate employee relations concerns and document outcomes.
• Advise branch leaders on performance management and employment compliance.
• Review HR metrics like turnover and retention and recommend improvements.
• Support onboarding, benefits coordination, and payroll-related inquiries.
• Provide bilingual recruiting support throughout the process.
