HRIS Data Integrity & Change Management: maintain accurate employee data in Rippling
Separations, Termination Documentation & Offboarding: manage documentation and offboarding workflows
Workers’ Compensation: manage claims and communicate with stakeholders
International Hiring & Workforce Support: assist global hiring and compliance
Process Improvement: develop SOPs and scalable processes
Reporting & Cross-Functional Partnership: provide operational metrics and insights
