Qualifications

• 2+ years of People Operations experience, preferably at a high-growth startup.
• Ability to build and document HR processes from the ground up.
• Strong written communication, clarity for diverse audiences.
• Experience managing employee data with accuracy and discretion.
• Capable of juggling competing priorities without losing detail.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve onboarding experience and track tasks.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee questions across HR.
• Maintain self-service resources (FAQs, Notion pages) for quick access.
• Support rollout of new People programs and policies with planning and docs.
• Help bring employee experience programs and events to life, reinforcing culture.
• Process changes (promotions, equity refreshes) and maintain compliant files.
