Job summary

STACK Infrastructure US is seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Generalist to manage end-to-end onboarding from pre-hire to start date at our Denver location. You will maintain new-hire logs, initiate background checks, coordinate with IT for equipment, and guide new hires through Workday tasks and I-9 processing.

The role blends administration with employee-facing support, supports a weekly New Hire Orientation, and contributes to audits and data accuracy while partnering with hiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years in HR, including handling HR administration.
• Experience supporting HR function.
• Familiarity with HR databases, Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer the end-to-end onboarding process from pre-hire to start date.
• Maintain new-hire log with updates for changes.
• Initiate background checks and escalation review as needed.
• Coordinate with hiring managers on pre-hire tasks and first-day expectations.
• Lead weekly New Hire Orientation and process new hires through Workday, including offer details and one-time payments.
