Job summary

STACK Infrastructure US is seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Generalist to manage end-to-end onboarding from pre-hire to start date at our Denver location. You will maintain new-hire logs, initiate background checks, coordinate with IT for equipment, and guide new hires through Workday tasks and I-9 processing.

The role blends administration with employee-facing support, supports a weekly New Hire Orientation, and contributes to audits and data accuracy while partnering with hiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years in HR, including handling HR administration.
• Experience supporting HR function.
• Familiarity with HR databases, Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate can balance administration with employee-facing support for onboarding employees. As part of our People & Culture team, the People Operations Generalist will be asked to jump in, with creativity and enthusiasm, to provide all administrative onboarding support.Administer the end-to-end onboarding process from pre-hire to start date. This includes:Maintain new-hire log including making frequent updates to support changes should they occurInitiate background checks, confirm completion and escalation review if necessaryPartner with hiring manager to complete pre-hire tasks ensuring internal alignmentCommunicate and coordinate with new hires setting clear first-day expectations, including attending New Hire Orientation, and providing guidance on required Workday tasksProcess and complete I-9Lead weekly New Hire OrientationProcess the new hire through Workday and confirm all role-specific information is accurate of the offer letter including capturing/entry of one-time payments (hiring bonus or relocation bonus)Partner with IT and Workplace Services to ensure new hires have IT equipment and a workspace at the Denver location, as applicable for their first dayAssist in gathering data for audit requests related to employee data that is not payroll specific.Adjust, create or make employee or supervisory changes in Workday for employees or departmental changes where the manager cannot otherwise self-serve.Provide administrative support where needed with recognition platform.THE DETAILS:Location: Denver, CO - 3 days in officeTravel: Up to 10%Must be eligible to work in the United StatesMust pass comprehensive background and drug screeningMUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience1+ years in HR, including handling HR administrationExperience supporting HR functionFamiliarity with HR databases, Workday preferredExcellent time management, organization, attention to detail, and interpersonal skillsComfortable presenting company information to new hiresHighly proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPointCompensation Range:$63,600.00 - $69,960.00THIS MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF:You are a strong communicator, you are persuasive and clear, blending analytics with experience in decision-making.You do not get flustered easily.
