Job summary

Onterris is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support onboarding, hiring, and HR operations across multiple U.S. locations, including Valley Forge. You will manage onboarding, I-9 processing, audits, and HR reporting while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. A professional HR certification and Workday experience are preferred.

The role reports to the HR Generalist Supervisor and offers a $60,000–$70,000 base plus a 5% annual bonus, commensurate with experience and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and audit HR Administrative Assistant’s hiring process duties.
• Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth employment processes.
• Own and conduct onboarding for all regular and temporary employees: orientation, I-9, paperwork, setup, facilities tour, staff introductions.
• Oversee and audit hiring for variable staffing.
• Manage offboarding and termination processes, including system updates and separation documents.
• Develop and enhance SOPs and policies for HR operations.
• Process status changes including promotions, transfers and compensation changes.
• Conduct I-9 verifications and audits.
• Prepare and distribute routine HR reports and audits.
• Support HR data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support state filings and reporting.
• Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance.
