Job summary

Onterris seeks an experienced Human Resources Generalist to oversee hiring, onboarding, and HR operations across our offices, including Valley Forge. You will handle I-9 processing, employment records, and compliance while partnering with HR teams to support growth and employee engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 3–7 years of HR experience, with a preference for Workday HRIS and payroll/benefits knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of HR experience, preferably with multiple states/countries.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and laws.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Workday HRIS experience preferred.
• Payroll and benefits administration experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
• Able to work independently and cross-functionally in a matrix environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and audit HR Administrative Assistant’s hiring duties.
• Coordinate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition for smooth employment processes.
• Own onboarding for regular and temporary staff including I-9 processing and paperwork.
• Audit hiring for variable staffing and ensure compliance across states.
