Insight Global is seeking an HR Generalist to support the Human Resources team primarily by managing onboarding activities. Additional tasks may include employee relations inquiries, benefits administration, and workers' compensation processes. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, helping ensure a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and HR best practices. This position is designed to help streamline HR operations by taking on day-to-day administrative and employee support functions, allowing the HR team to focus on strategic initiatives.

Compensation:

$18/hr to $20/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
