You will ensure regulatory compliance and manage new hire processes from orientation to payroll collaboration. The role emphasizes employee relations, accuracy in HRIS data, and collaboration with management to sustain a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of similar or related HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; SHRM/HRCI coursework preferred.
• Knowledge of CA labor law and federal employment practices.

Responsibilities

• Manages onboarding process for new hires, including I-9, data entry, and training scheduling.
• Supports recruitment activities: posting roles, resume reviews, coordinating interviews, and offers.
• Administers benefits, PTO, 401(k), and employee handbook communication.
• Implements policies, interprets regulations, and supports compliance and affirmative action.
• Performs HR administrative tasks, maintains employee files, and runs reports; assists with audits.
