H MART is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as the primary HR contact for designated offices, factories, and retail units in Lyndhurst, NJ. You will implement and communicate HR policies, conduct investigations, and support onboarding and offboarding activities.

You will ensure records are accurate, comply with labor laws, and advise managers on disciplinary actions while maintaining confidentiality and a strong focus on employee relations.

Formación

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in generalist/HRBP roles.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; builds trust across teams.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS (UKG Pro).
• Korean and English bilingual is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary HR contact for designated office/factory/retail teams.
• Communicate and apply HR policies and employee handbook consistently.
• Lead investigations, document findings, and advise on disciplinary actions.
• Maintain accurate employee records compliant with labor laws.
• Coordinate onboarding and manage offboarding processes.
• Collaborate with safety/compliance for factory HR practices.
• Coach managers and staff on performance, conflicts, and development.
• Ensure confidentiality and policy consistency across the organization.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
