Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist/HRBP role, preferably multi-site including manufacturing/factory settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with diverse teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems (UKG Pro).
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for designated office, factory and/or retail departments/companies.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook are communicated and consistently applied.
• Handle employee relations matters with empathy, discretion, and fairness; conduct investigations and document findings.
• Manage disciplinary action processes by gathering facts, advising managers, preparing documentation, and ensuring fairness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with labor laws and policies.
• Coordinate onboarding with team members including new hire orientation.
• Manage offboarding processes including exit interviews, termination paperwork, asset collection, and system deactivation.
• Collaborate with safety and compliance teams to ensure factory-related HR practices meet standards.
• Provide coaching and day-to-day support to managers and employees on performance, disciplinary actions, and conflicts.
• Maintain confidentiality and consistent policy application.
• Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
• Support Open Enrollment communication.
