Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding for new hires and departing employees, ensuring paperwork is complete.
• Administer benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave.
• Manage employee data in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Process biweekly payroll for 300+ employees with accuracy and compliance.
• Support HR audits and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with employee relations and engagement initiatives.
