• Manage employee data in HRIS ensuring accuracy.
• Process biweekly payroll for 300+ employees; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support HR policies and legal compliance.
• Coordinate employee relations, events, and recognition programs.
• Assist with HR audits and process improvements.
• Provide general admin support to People Operations.
